Join one of the oldest and most storied athletic clubs in St. Louis.
We are a community-driven organization dedicated to supporting local athletics and providing a social home for our members.

Membership Requirements & Dues

Becoming a member is an affordable way to support the club and gain access to our facilities and community events.

  • Annual Dues: $25.00 per year.
  • Sponsorship: To be considered for membership, all applicants must have two current members in good standing to act as sponsors.

General Membership Meeting Dates

We hold our General Membership Meetings once a month.

This is the primary time for new applicants to be introduced and for current members to stay involved with club business.

  • When: The second Friday of every month.
  • Time: Meetings begin at 8:00 PM sharp.
  • Arrival: We ask all applicants and members to arrive by 7:30 PM to check in and socialize before the meeting begins.

How to Apply

Download the application and bring it with you to one of our next meetings. Please come 30 mins early.

For just $25.00 a year you can join South Broadway Athletic Club. Besides all of the awesome people you will meet; there is a bunch of benefits to becoming a member. Such as access and discounts to events, discounted drinks, member only merchandise and so much more. SBAC members enjoy being a part of the exclusive club and it gives them a chance to give back to the Saint Louis/Soulard Area. If you want to find out more about our membership please get in touch with us today or attend one of our above meetings.

  1. Secure Your Sponsors: Connect with two current members who can sponsor your application. If you are new to the area, feel free to visit the clubroom during public hours to meet our community.
  2. Attend a Meeting: Show up at the club on the second Friday of the month at 7:30 PM.
  3. Submit Your Dues: Bring your $25 annual dues and your completed application (available at the club) to the meeting.
  4. Induction: New members are typically voted in during the general meeting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t know two sponsors?

We encourage you to visit our clubroom or attend one of our public events, such as our monthly wrestling matches or fundraisers. It’s a great way to meet current members who can get to know you and potentially sponsor your membership.

Can I pay my dues online?

Currently, dues are collected in person at the club to maintain our tradition of face-to-face community engagement.
