Kitchen & Bar Policies
Full Bar Service
The South Broadway Athletic Club provides full bar service for all events. Please note that all alcohol must be purchased through our bar; no outside alcohol is permitted in the club at any time.
Kitchen Facilities
Our professional kitchen is available for event use.
- Rental: Kitchen access can be added to your booking.
- Deposit: A cleaning deposit is required and is fully refundable following a successful post-event inspection.
Rental Requirements
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties, we require the following for all bookings:
- One-Day Event Insurance: All events require a one-day insurance waiver. We can assist you in obtaining this policy to simplify your planning process.
- Contract: A signed agreement and a security deposit are required to officially hold your date.
